Solution: 600 kWp rooftop solar system
Solar meets frozen produce!
A new 600 kWp rooftop solar system is powering a frozen food factory in southern Vietnam, helping reduce energy costs and supporting grid stability. With an expected annual generation of 𝟬.𝟳–𝟬.𝟴 𝗚𝗪𝗵 and 𝟱𝟬% self-consumption.
Co-delivered with QCT Construction, Gsatcom, GSG Solar, and Lien Minh Group, the project includes:
4 * gridtied GT3‑125K series high-performance inverters
𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼-𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 setup across multiple transformers
𝟮𝟰/𝟳 power insights via Livoltek’s monitoring platform

▪︎ Cold storage consumes huge amounts of electricity—up to 60 kWh/ft² annually for cooling;
▪︎ Solar power on-site reduces heavy utility bills and shields against price spikes;
▪︎ It ensures operations remain stable during outages—a must for preserving frozen goods.
By switching to solar, this frozen factory isn’t just lowering bills — it’s freezing emissions and thawing a path toward a sustainable food industry.
