Guidelines for Integrity Reporting

  1. We accept reports regarding any violations of rules or misconduct by company employees.

  2. The whistleblower shall be responsible for the authenticity of the reported matters. Haixing reserves the right to take legal or disciplinary actions against those who make false accusations or malicious fabrications.

  3. We encourage real-name reporting. Whistleblowers or units who provide valid evidence will receive a reward of 50% of the recovered losses. The reward process is strictly confidential. Anonymous reporting is also accepted.

  4. We commit to strictly protecting whistleblowers’ information and will not tolerate any form of retaliation. Please report without concerns.
