WASECO Building
Project Overview
Large commercial buildings typically face fluctuating daily power demand and high electricity costs due to uneven peak and off-peak energy consumption. To address this challenge, the WASECO Building in Vietnam deployed a high-capacity grid-connected energy storage system. Integrated with an intelligent EMS platform, the project enables scientific energy scheduling, stabilizes power consumption, and effectively reduces overall operational costs for the commercial complex.
Core Challenges
-
Unstable daily power demand making energy management difficult
-
High electricity expenses resulting from heavy power consumption during peak tariff hours
-
Lack of intelligent tools to monitor and optimize real-time energy usage
-
Low energy utilization efficiency of traditional power consumption models
Customized Energy Storage Solution
This project adopts a pure grid-connected energy storage solution, equipped with 12 units of BES-P125X261E energy storage cabinets, delivering a total system capacity of 1.5MW / 3.1MWh. The system operates on a core strategy of off-peak charging and peak-hour discharging to capture value through electricity price arbitrage.
Supported by a professional smart EMS system, the solution provides real-time data monitoring and intelligent energy scheduling. It automatically adjusts charging and discharging status based on actual building load and electricity tariff rules, helping commercial buildings achieve refined, digital energy management.
