Eswatini
Eswatini Revenue Service
Project Overview
Government and public institutions require highly reliable power supply to maintain daily administrative operations, data storage, and essential public services. Grid instability and unexpected blackouts across Southern Africa pose severe risks to critical governmental facilities. To eliminate power downtime, reduce electricity expenditure, and achieve carbon reduction targets, the Eswatini Revenue Service deployed a comprehensive hybrid PV and energy storage system, delivering stable on/off-grid power for long-term sustainable operation.

Core Challenges
-
Frequent grid blackouts threatening daily government routine operations
-
High and increasing electricity spending for public power consumption
-
Slow backup response from traditional emergency power equipment
-
Growing carbon emission reduction requirements for government institutions
Customized PV & ESS Solution
This integrated renewable energy solution features a 350kWp solar system combined with 360kW grid-tied inverters and 1,125kWh modular energy storage capacity. The entire system consists of high-performance GT3-60K grid-tied inverters and advanced BHF-X225 all-in-one energy storage cabinets, supporting flexible switching between on-grid and off-grid operation modes.
Designed for critical public infrastructure, the system provides millisecond-level blackout response to guarantee uninterrupted power supply during grid failures. Meanwhile, the PV-ESS synergy maximizes solar self-consumption, generates clean power throughout the year, and helps the government facility achieve both economic benefits and environmental goals.
